To access the Service, you must meet the following requirements —

• You must be 21 or older. Any proof of age requested must be provided immediately.

2.1 Accurate Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Accounts opened with false information will be closed without prior notice and withdrawals from those accounts will be blocked.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may only access one account. If we find second or third accounts opened using the same name, address, phone number, or payment account —

• All bonus funds will be forfeited,
• Any winnings generated from bonus wagering will be forfeited,

2.3 Account Security

2.4 Account Closure

We reserve the right to close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following cases: breach of this agreement, breach of game guidelines, suspected money laundering activity, or misuse of the platform.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits at vbt77 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for any method is 5,000 Ks. Any delays between payment and receipt due to bank or mobile wallet fees are the player's own responsibility.

Players must deposit only from their own account. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly not allowed. If found, the funds will be returned immediately and the account may be closed.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be sent back to the account used for the deposit — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawals require passing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before funds are released. If a deposit was made without a bonus, no wagering requirement applies and the deposit amount can be withdrawn directly.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

We are committed to combating financial crime. Accounts suspected of money laundering, financial fraud, or related offences will be reported to the relevant authorities and funds will be frozen.

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

New players making their first deposit at vbt77 can receive a 200% bonus up to 100,000 Ks. Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks. Deposit 120,000 Ks and the maximum bonus is capped at 100,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 220,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed first. Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward the wagering requirement, and our support team can check which games were played.

• The wagering requirement must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited. If the deadline passes, the bonus will be automatically removed.
• If a withdrawal is requested before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus funds will be forfeited.

4.3 Playing Without a Bonus

Players can choose to opt out of a bonus at the time of deposit. In that case, no wagering requirement applies and the deposited amount can be withdrawn directly.

4.4 Bonus Misuse

5.1 How to Play

5.2 Prohibited Activities
